Who we are

This website and the PuReAI product are operated by Reputeo, Belgrade, Serbia. Reputeo is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect

We only collect the information you submit through the forms on this site:

• Demo requests: name, work email, company, domain and an optional message.
• Free domain report, sample report, research and newsletter forms: name, work email and company.
• Free domain scans: the domain you enter and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only for rate limiting.
• Report removal requests: email, role and the reason for the request.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to respond to your request, deliver the report or content you asked for, and follow up about PuReAI. Under the GDPR we rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of the free scan and in handling removal requests.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or until you ask us to delete them. Rate limiting data is used only for short-term abuse prevention.

Security

Reputeo is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security management and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 for privacy information management. Access to submitted data is restricted to authorised staff.

Your rights

You can at any time ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data;
• withdraw your consent, without affecting processing that happened before.
