Accessibility statement
PuReAI is used by security and risk teams whose members have a wide range of access needs. We target WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
Standard we apply
This website and the PuReAI platform are developed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the technical baseline of EN 301 549 and of Directive (EU) 2019/882, the European Accessibility Act, applicable since 28 June 2025.
Conformance is self-assessed. Accessibility is reviewed as part of every significant interface change rather than as a one-off audit.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with a single main landmark, correct heading order and labelled form controls on every page.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
- Colour contrast checked against the WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds; colour is never the only way a state is conveyed.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Layouts that reflow to 320 CSS pixels and remain usable at 200% text zoom.
- Dialogs and menus built on accessible primitives with correct roles, focus trapping and escape handling.
Known limitations
Some data-dense views — notably the threat graph visualisation — convey relationships graphically. Every entity and relationship shown there is also available as text through the finding list and export, and through natural-language queries against the same data.
Third-party embedded content, where used, may not fully meet the same standard. We replace or remove such content when a barrier is confirmed.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter something on this site or in the platform that you cannot use, tell us. Describe the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use.
Write to info@puresecurityai.com. We acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and give a remediation timeline with the acknowledgement. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the accessibility enforcement body in your EU member state.
